Monday – Friday 7:30 am –5:00 pm Walk-In services are available for Substance Abuse Testing, Immunizations and Immediate/Urgent Care. All other services are by appointment only. Practitioners hours vary – please call before sending an employee for injury/illness related services.



When treatment cannot wait until HealthWorks is open, clients should refer employees to Major Hospital’s Emergency Department for after hour treatment. Substance Abuse testing is also available at Major Hospital when HealthWorks is closed.

Lynelle E. Payne, MSN, NP-C, COHN-S Lynelle Payne is a Nurse Practitioner who received her BSN from Olivet Nazarene University; she received her Masters in Med-Surg Nursing with a minor in Adult Education from Ball State University. She then received a Post Master’s certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner also from Ball State University. Lynelle’s clinical background includes family practice, urgent care, pain management, emergency medicine, nursing education and 8 years in occupational health. Diona L. Dunn, RN, FNP, MNCS Diona L Dunn is a Nurse Practitioner who received her MSN from Indiana University of Indianapolis; she received her BSN from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Most of Diona’s experience is in emergency medicine but she also has clinical experience in family practice, trauma, and occupational medicine. Having practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for 12 years, she brings substantial experience to the practice of occupational medicine.
